The Semi Automatic Scraper Inspection Machine is a high-precision inspection equipment dedicated to the quality inspection of scrapers for SMT solder paste printers.
This equipment uses a 00 grade marble platform to provide a stable surface and an accurate environment for placing the scraper. It offers more intuitive inspection assistance for manual visual inspection and improves inspection efficiency and accuracy. This is done through PLC+touch screen control, LED backlight brightness, and squeegee pressure.
