The Fully Automatic Squeegee Inspection Machine is a high-precision testing device specifically designed for quality inspection of squeegees used in SMT solder paste printers.
Utilizing a PC motion control card operating mode combined with a high-definition industrial camera and backlight illumination, this equipment automatically detects squeegee straightness, edge wear, surface defects, and flatness to ensure squeegee quality meets production standards.
Manual blade placement is required, and the system includes a bar code scanner for rapid entry of blade codes, enabling data traceability. Operators can perform basic controls via the PC interface, conduct detailed analysis, store and export inspection data, and link to the MES system.
