Taking the patented system as an example, its stretching accuracy reaches ±0.5%, which completely solves the problem of corrugated mesh and improves the flatness of the mesh surface by more than 60%.
High precision test tensile machine
For example, the KY8000 and WDW-50 series are equipped with American force sensors (accuracy ±0.5%) and Japanese Panasonic servo motors, supporting a maximum tensile force of 50KN. They can perform 23 mechanical tests such as Young's modulus and yield strength, meeting the YBT_4190-2018 engineering wire mesh testing standard.
